I wanted to share my experience with Oahu Party Bus company. What should have been a fun, memorable experience turned into a nightmare. Initially a group of us (20+ people) booked a party bus for a birthday party. We gathered at the designated pick up location at the time provided to us in a reservation. After 20 min wait we haven’t been picked up or received any notification from the company. James is an awful business individual. I called to book a shuttle and the time needed is 2 hours total broken up into 2 segments. He originally said he would help, but said to try 2 other referrals, who didn’t respond. I call back asking to book and he said he didn’t want to help because it would be 3 runs (the distance is less than a mile) and he’d only make $200 bucks.
