Mr. Nhan is very good and keeps it simple for me to understand. At my age of 68 I wasn't sure or convinced of this new technology. After trying the cheaper ones from costco for a few months, I wanted a better one for both ears. He explained and after deciding which one I should get based on my budget, he molded my ears to get a perfect fit and after a few days it was ready for me to try on.
