I’m giving this place 3 stars because while the service itself was okay, the experience raised a serious concern. My mom was inside the car wash when the garage door suddenly closed early, leaving them stuck inside. Thankfully, my brother was able to open it, but it could’ve easily turned into a much worse situation. I don’t understand how something like that happens.
