Darcy arrived in a timely manner and explained the entire process to me beforehand. He pointed out some areas of concern for my carpets and offered me several different options to tackle the stains. He was very professional and got the job done well. I am very happy with the service I received from OAB. Karen in the office was a delight to speak to as well! OAB was fantastic! Their pricing and communication were great from the start. Darcy was communicative on service days and took the time to provide an overview before work began and a summary when the job ended. After the first clean of our two fabric gliders, they looked perfect. However, as the chairs dried over the course of the day, we noticed the arm on one looked a bit marked/dirty still.
