Disappointing experience. I had high hopes for this salon based on the glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my visit fell far short of expectations. While I understand that experiences can vary depending on the stylist, mine was especially negative. From the moment I arrived, the interaction was uncomfortable. Chance was amazing! So thankful she was able to do exactly what I wanted- but made it even better! My hair looks amazing after her hair cut.

Kerr did an amazing job and somehow captured exactly what I wanted, even though I went in without a clear vision. She asked all the right questions and got it just right. The atmosphere at OA is lovely and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Wait i can only give 5 stars not 500? Adrian deserves every bit of credit for being the best stylist of any salon I’ve ever been to! If you want to leave the salon feeling like a celebrity, BOOK WITH ADRIAN! I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else to get my hair done and for good reason. Adrian will take the time and effort to make sure you look and feel fabulous! If you’re not going to Adrian, what are you even doing????
