You can never get a hold of them. They never call you back. And I'm not even sure what they really do, the doctor does all the work and communication. I stopped trying to work with them because it's a pain in the azz, so I just communicate with the doctor directly. They aren't even local, despite their website info. If the doctor I'm working with wasn't great, I would've canceled with them months ago.
