This place is ridiculous I called and asked about installing something and was told to text my mods list. I did and the text was never returned even weeks later. That’s fine someone else ended up doing it for me. Now I needed something else done, called and sent a text and no one ever got back to me again. I’m just confused? Are y’all not taking new customers?

I went in for a tuneup and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was surprised how quickly they got me in and out. Their waiting room was very comfortable. This is the BEST place to take your BMW!
