The team at o2o cleaning did an amazing job! The place looked better than when we moved in. Easy to deal with, reasonably priced and a great job. Can’t ask for more than that. Will recommend to anyone.
Absolutely amazing clean and speed!
Don’t believe the good reviews. I booked O2O Cleaning for my end of lease/bond clean for a 2 bed, 1 bath unit and during they ruined the carpet in one of the bedrooms. They realised they’d messed up, took a photo of it and claimed it was from before they started but refuse to share the time stamp of the photo. They then tried to charge me for the clean before I had come home to review it, and when I called them out they apologised and waited another couple of hours. Fantastic job & very well pleased. Did carpet clean only and clean my house on my own. However, when Vincent arrived he noticed my bathroom glass was a bit stained so asked me to wipe it with a dry clothe instead of what i did with a wet one. Although something small, but it is small things like this makes you feel like the company cares rather than all about the $$!
They came when I needed urgent cleaning, & were understanding of my requirements. They did a great job cleaning very thorough.
