Very disappointed with my experience at o2b on Villa Rd. My 3-year-old son was removed after only his second day instead of being given time to adjust to a new environment. I also explained before starting him, the issues he was experiencing at his past center. At that age, transitions can be hard, and I expected more patience, communication, and support from a daycare that works with young children every day. O2B is the type of place that will tell parents less than an hour before opening that they will be closed for the day, leaving you with no time to make alternative arrangements. The staff that actually watches children is fantastic despite receiving little support from leadership and corporate. Management has zero consideration for parents, making closure and delay decisions last minute (e.g, announcing they will be delayed after 10:30 PM the night before through their app so if you don’t check the app constantly you’re out ... read more

Shout out to Ms. Rachel! My kiddo’s current favorite teacher! 🤣 I really appreciate her gentle and caring support, which helps my child grow in independence. My kiddo is becoming more confident and excited about what she can do every day. Ms. Rachel, you are amazing!
