I love the front office at the casselberry O2b, GiGi and Sam are always so nice and willing to help with whatever problems I may have with in a timely manner. Staff is always so welcoming and happy!
Update. O2b team has made incredible effort and change to organising shared spaces and cleaning routines. You can see this change, so the rate is going up. I’ve been disappointed with the overall cleanliness and organization at this daycare recently. Many of the common areas are cluttered with personal items and broken toys, which makes the space feel untidy and unsafe for children. Many of the common areas are cluttered with personal items and broken toys, which makes the space feel untidy and unsafe for children. Cleaning does not seem to be done thoroughly or regularly in all areas, and the overall environment could use much better maintenance. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness and safety standards soon.
I couldn’t be more disappointed in O2B Casselberry. My son transferred from Oviedo which we both loved. Casselberry on the other hand the teachers there do not care nor do they pay attention. The director had an issue with the fact that my son‘s teacher at Redbug elementary corrected a student on the bus for bullying him but from what I can see from reviews, she avoids calls and does not follow through with issues please consider a whole new staff at this location.
