Dr. Owen's was a lifesaver for me. I injured my back (L5-S1 rupture) and was unable to sleep for 4 days or walk more that 20 steps due to the intense pain. The sciatica was unbearable. I spent several weeks in physical therapy with Dr. Carla Owen’s at the Lithonia location of 02 Rehab and was easily impressed. The facility is a few steps from the parking lot and is neat, clean and well organized. The equipment is modern and very user-friendly. And the overall atmosphere is very conducive to healing. Back in the Swing!!! After shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff and being in a sling for 6-weeks; choosing an excellent physical therapy organization was my top priority. Extremely disappointed in the lack of care and treatment from Dr. O. Late to appointments, missing appointments, don’t assist with exercise because he’s too busy chit chatting. Just piss poor service. And the front desk lady is so unprofessionally. I think because I’m really young they didn’t give me the quality service as they did with their older patients.
