A “premium” gym that has less amenities than planet fitness, not to mention literally every single year the ac breaks for what seems like the whole summer. Would expect more for the prices they charge.
They have had NO air conditioning for about a month. The place is very hot and smelly with little air circulation. The water comes out warm from the fountains . The paper towel holders half the time are empty. It is unsafe to go there due to the heat and a heart condition.
Jerry at O2 Fitness was so helpful and friendly when we used our Silver Sneakers while vacationing in Wilmington. He made us feel very welcome.
Great gym with great staff. Jerry at the front desk was very helpful & welcoming! Will definitely return
It's a nice gym with friendly people all around. My issues are with the tidiness and cleanliness: There is not enough disinfecting sprays throughout the gym so I rarely see people clean their area after working out. The weights are all over place and you have to hunt for a 35lb or 45lb frequently. It's a nice gym but it has a couple flaws
