Mary is an extremely challenging and skilled spin ride instructor. Her classes are always high energy and motivating with great music.
I work with Eugene - great guy, great trainer. I have had multi Trainers and PT folk work on my shoulder, but Eugene has done the most good with what I sense would a wholistic few of upper body strengthening, not just symptom relief … (now if I could get him to improve my golf game ) Highly recommend
Gordon is an exceptionally experienced and well organized spin ride instructor. Always a great workout.

Eugene is a great trainer. He gives positive motivation and patience. As a female getting back into the gym after not workimg out in a while I had some anxiety. Eugene has really helped me to want to go to gym and workout. He's a good listener too I have been going thru difficult times with family , work, and life stresses as well. I value his guidance and friendship.
