5* for Julian Director of Fitness - his kinesiology background is super valuable in his approach. Great explanation & instruction. And, he just cares. You will achieve your fitness goals - highly recommend!
I’ve been a member here for 5 years and used to love this place. But it has gone downhill. The men’s bathrooms have been out of order for 8 months. I wrote to the managers about it. They never replied and never addressed the problem. They have a Porto-John in the parking lot is the wonder too cheap to fix it or what? I suppose i wont be renewing my membership here once it expires. Might as well go to Planet Fitness…
Changed from 5 to 1 star. This place is filthy… also Abby is not teaching there anymore. So the good instructors are only there on Tuesdays and Fridays…. YMCA is your place. You can go to any location. Aw Finley has a lot of refurbished bathrooms steam room and a sauna. Free towels. LOTS of classes. Also all the amazing instructors are at the YMCA Kerr and AE Finley. I am impressed with this fitness center. Compared to the other four gyms I’ve had memberships with, this facility is the most inviting and comfortable place to work out. The overall layout, equipment and exceptional employees make it special. Renee, the front desk supervisor, is friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. Quion, my personal trainer, is prime.
