I have never in my life had such a difficult time cancelling a membership. I signed up for a 30 day trial, unfortunately never made it over to visit. It’s a bit far and I overestimated how much free time I have. I called several days before the trial was about to lapse and asked to cancel. I was told to send an email so I did. I heard nothing, called again a week or so later after I was charged for the next month. I was then told that I needed to actually submit a form, so I did.
