I have been trying to cancel my membership for some time now. I am a single mother of 3. I lost my full time job in December of 2025. Inflation is kicking my butt. I need to purchase groceries. I've sent two requests to cancel my my membership but no response. I've called just to be told that I cannot cancel unless I move because I signed a contract. I do not recall signing a contract. I love this gym but it's the only one without a boxing bag. I remember there was a boxing bag in the one near downtown Raleigh, and everybody always loved it. Lifetime Cary and Lifetime Raleigh have one. I really wish this one had a proper boxing bag. It's the best for cardio. To be honest, I've even seen three or four people that were talking about it too.
