Abby is the best! She was very thorough on our tour. She did a great job explaining the amenities and answered all of my questions very concisely. I am so glad to have finally found a decent gym in town. Thanks!!
Strength class with Miquise is always power packed. Great exercises that push you to your limits and outstanding instructor that makes sure you have proper form to get the most out of every workout!!!
