I have been going here for years. I was never an athletic person and had some aches and pains that I thought I’d have the rest of my life. We worked to strengthen my body and have eliminated those problem areas. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in at 40. The owners are great as well and run a good gym. The classes will work you hard. Over-all it’s a great environment to workout in, whether you’re worried you’ll look like a fool because you don’t know what you’re doing or you just did the Ironman.
