I joined O2 Fitness Club in March 2017 and I love it. I have many locations to choose from and all offer classes that fit my lifestyle. The instructors are fantastic and I am so happy I joined.
Most of the equipment is poorly maintained with several pieces of equipment broken for several months.
The way the staff treats guests here is utterly aweful. Twice I have come to the Falls Valley location with a friend (as a guest) when I was in town visiting. At O2 I gave the gentleman at the counter my ID while I worked out. As went to leave I was told my Id was given to management so that they could brief me on membership details.(ok) After waiting an extended time a lady showed up and began a sales routine. I love coming to O2 Fitness. Extremely clean, friendly staff. I love the equipment as I am able to do everything on my circuit. I love coming to a club thats not crowded at 5p and the bathrooms are not disgusting. This is a great place to be a member. Definitely worth the price. My only complaint is I wish there was more Hip Hop music :)
If you want great place to work and good customer service 02 fitness falls of the Neuse is the place. ...The Manger Jennifer is the best.
