I have to say this is the best dental office I have ever been to! I’m a disabled veteran and through my military career of experienced a lot of dental offices around the world, and I could tell you for sure I have never experienced this level of professionalism and care as in this office! This was the only approved local dentist office my insurance had for my family. I found the front desk staff to be very rude. The vibe of the waiting area felt like a George Orwell novel; no one looked up nor spoke nor showed any emotion. You're not allowed to go back with your children >7, without approval from the actual dentist, even if they have sensory issues (I asked!) We were patients here for two years during which I had multiple appointments canceled at the last minute without priority rescheduling. The last one, after NINE reminder texts, I was told they were no longer open at the appointment time they had scheduled for me. I was not informed of this until the day of my appointment which obviously they knew prior to that day that appointment time was no longer available. The team at O2, led by Dr.O., did a great job on my crown! The whole process went smoothly, and Kelly was instrumental (pun intended) in keeping me comfortable and assisting Dr. O. in completing the procedure. Start to finish in less than 3 hours, including the onsite fabrication of my new crown. Very impressive!
