From checking in with Melissa A. who was very friendly and had all my information ready to the kind and thorough care and treatment I received from Dr. O and Casey, I had an excellent visit. This was for an emergency visit and all of my concerns were addressed. This also included patient explanations from Digna about my treatment plan. I would love to give 5 stars,. . The dentist was great, but the front receptionist was rude and refused to assist. I was over charged and first told I would receive a refund in the mail after they filed insurance. 4 weeks later, no refund and when I called she said I needed to complete a form to receive a refund. I signed all forms that was sent to me online and upon arrival. She refused to take any responsibility and hung up.
Everything started off well. The cleanings were gentle and comfortable. I was recommended two crowns and a dental guard. Then it went downhill. I’ve had to have my crown replaced twice since the initial placement. They changed their hours and become ridiculous to contact. They’ve messed up insurance claims and it’s bled into past dental providers, it’s been an ongoing issue after issue. I think it boils down to inexperience. Too bad because it was conveniently located.
Literally waited almost 2 months for a refund. When I called to check in on it they told me the manager wasn’t there & would call me the next day. Instead, she pushed the refund through the next day. If it were that easy, why did I wait so long? Also—they decided they wouldn’t see me due to the frustration I expressed about getting approval for an extraction from a doctor I no longer see on account of being in blood thinners. Dentist was very good , unfortunately she left there. The management was a complete disaster, was there for emergency issue, they claimed they were having an issue filing my insurance was forced to pay upfront 4 months later and numerous calls from my insurance company and myself was able to get my money back, every time we called them it was story after story
