While the care has been good & I feel the treatment staff are knowledgeable and kind. Everything about insurance and billing has been a nightmare. I switched from a dentist I had been at for many years because 02 was very close to my job and convenient. The office is modern and beautiful. But - Check your EOBs and understand your insurance. I am being charged beyond the allowed amount by insurance contractual agreement & have been ignored for the last 2 weeks on a correction to the matter. 02 Dental is the best! They don’t push services and are honest about what is needed and what is elective. The hygienist, Melissa is top-notch and, Digna in billing is a true gem. Digna advised me on insurance options. I did my research based off her suggestions and was able to get 100% of my services covered. Digna saved me thousands in out of pocket expenses! I highly recommend O2 Dental.
Everyone was so kind and informative
They are nice and know how to fix ya right up … They make sure you are comfortable and understand everything about your fetal visit.. Dr.O was nice and ask if you have any questions about ur visit and Mellie was sweet and she will tell you any issue you have or your having and she made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood there plans to fix me right up… Digna she was sweet and was very helpful .. she ask if I had any questions.. 02 is a state of the art dental practice. I've never experienced that type of technology before. The staff is very friendly and eager to please you.
