The team at O2, led by Dr.O., did a great job on my crown! The whole process went smoothly, and Kelly was instrumental (pun intended) in keeping me comfortable and assisting Dr. O. in completing the procedure. Start to finish in less than 3 hours, including the onsite fabrication of my new crown. Very impressive!
The office is very nice and modern, and the hygienist was friendly. That said, my experience with customer service wasn’t great. What bothered me most was the intake process. Nowhere was it explained that they don’t do a cleaning at the first visit. I only found out after arriving, and then had to schedule another appointment just for a routine cleaning. I have never actually been seen in this clinic but quite disappointed in how they operate. I was hopeful that we found a good dentist in the area but being unable to receive even decent customer service has shown me otherwise with this place. I left a message asking if they accepted our insurance, it took almost 2 full weeks or anyone to return my call and advise that they do. Worst place you could ever go they do not care about their patients just taking your money and call to reschedule your appointment every time it comes up.
