The BBQ Ribs stayed ON the Bone. The items on the menu were in English. Parking was included. What more is there .......
Our family’s go to place for 50 years was the steakpit. We all got together this week and ordered in ribs for everyone. It brought back such memories. Everything tasted exactly the same. My 94 year old mother ate a full rack of ribs and we talked and shared memories until our mother finally kicked us out. Thank you steak pit for our history and our future.
Went to get the ribs we used to love at the old Steakpit. Big disappointment. The small portion of ribs were not back ribs. They looked and tasted like they were reheated. The Mexican sauce was tasteless. The salad dressing tasted like it came from a bottle. Enjoyed the garlic bread and the baked potato. I guess you can’t go back.
It’s a classic. The best of old school Toronto and the food is delicious.
