Very professional and knowledgeable. Also very honest and only does what's needed. He won't clean anything that can't be cleaned. Carpets looked fantastic afterwards and I appreciate working with someone who is honest and reliable. Thank you!
Joe was grt. He came in told me exactly what he was gonna do. N he did it. Our carpet looks amazing. His system is so much better than just soaking a rug. It brushes it clean. He uses pet safe cleaners n eco friendly. We were able to walk on it in two hrs n he also said if there were any spots he would come back. Our carpet is a white carpet n it looks grt. We really couldn’t b any happier. I highly recommend O2 carpet care & floor cleaner
Joseph was a really nice and genuine individual. He knew exactly what our concerns were and worked to quickly meet our cleaning needs. He explained his process thoroughly to us. He also was willing to work around our family as we are on vacation in the home. We were very happy with the results
