Joe did a great job! Never cleaned the carpets since 2023 and was not expecting much. Joe went above and beyond and I was not only pleased with the outcome but his prices can't be beat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

After O2’s initial carpet cleaning, our new home (with carpet that is over 15 years old) had carpet that was obviously cleaner and smelled so much better! They spent so much time and attention to detail, pulling out stains and refreshing our entire home. Joe was so accommodating and so kind! And they came back! For no extra cost, they once again cleaned our entire carpet to ensure complete success. We were very pleased with the entire service they gave to us.
