Joseph was a really nice and genuine individual. He knew exactly what our concerns were and worked to quickly meet our cleaning needs. He explained his process thoroughly to us. He also was willing to work around our family as we are on vacation in the home. We were very happy with the results

Joe did a great job on our carpets! The condo we bought at the beach previously had dogs in it that we were not aware of until after we closed and moved in. Being highly allergic, the carpet in the bedrooms was a serious problem for us. He came out not once, but twice, and after the second time, the smell and the dog hair had been relieved from the carpets. I would definitely use him again!
