This place is horrible. I have a long story. It’s all started when I was 18 years old and I thought that I was getting a decent car. The first car that I got through them was a 2007 Pontiac vibe which I paid off with Automax Automax went out of business because the owner Went to jail for sexual assault so it got transferred to 01a leasing I I traded in the vibe after I was done with the payments and I got a 2016 Kia so the most ugliest yellow car but I thought it was pretty cool at 18 four months after making consecutive pay... read more
Not really sure why there’s negative reviews. I’ve been working with O1A leasing for a year and a half. Never have had an issue with payment (you don’t have that problem when you make payments automatic people 🤪) they’ve been wonderful in helping repair my vehicle in the past. The only issue currently is my car blew an animal up yesterday and I have dead animal parts inside my completely dead and non working vehicle, however at this point in time, they’re trying to help us out and see if we can get a different vehicle.
