I do personal training with Jordan. He is excellent always prepared for our sessions and explains the how and why of each exercise that we do. I highly recommend training with Jordan at OTown
This is hands down the best gym in Oshkosh. They have a pretty diverse amount of equipment and machines. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is amazing. You can tell the people who come in there regularly, want to work hard and improve themselves.
My first experience with semi-private training at O-Town was great! I highly recommend and I will definitely be going back.
