I have been using OT Sports for almost 20 years. Elaine is great to work with and always on top of what needs to be done. Everyone in the offices from Scott, Lori, Chris and Amy always looking out for your best interests.
OT Sports seems to be a company built upon family values. I believe this is the case because, as a customer, I feel like I am part of the family. The care the staff takes in the collaboration (and, it is a collaborative environment), the straight forward conversation, and the final outcomes are built upon trust - like family. There is no better company in the nation - or, potentially globally - that you should do business with. OT Sports is, simply, amazing.
Amazing store and staff. They help me order over 100 custom polos and were fantastic on helping draft them up and print them. Also, the service is very quick compared to other major custom clothing brands. Highly recommend and will buy from their store again.
I have been using OT for many years and have found that they do excellent work. From the start the communication is timely and informative. I have had several reps over the years and they are all amazing. The finished product is top notch and shows great craftmanship and quality.
