The therapists and staff at OT Solutions have offered my family superlative service over the past year. I have witnessed many interactions between therapists and children visiting the office and I’m consistently impressed by the compassion and commitment each team member extends to clients and their families. I couldn’t have asked for better care and guidance than that which we have received from Melissa and Sue.
The staff at OT Solutions are all so nice and we have the BEST therapist- don’t know what we would do without her and are so grateful for how much our little guy has grown and the skills he has gained while going to OT.
Josiah has been here for almost 3 years. The staff here are excellent. Speech and OT therapist go above and beyond their call for Josiah.
I have been with OT Solutions for going on 4 years and love thus place. We have the best Occupational therapist who has become like family to us. This place is awesome!
I called to make an appointment for my son and was told I would receive a call back. I was never called back. 3 weeks passed and I called again to try and get my son seen and again was told I'd be called back. No call came. I had to reach out to this place 3 times to try and make an appointment and was told they "are still trying to figure out when he can be seen".
