Call in to check on a product and trying to reach out to a representative for an engineering selection. The lady who picked up the phone was super rude and impatient, and kept asking for the product model, even after I told her several time what I was looking for. Awful customer service and do not recommend this place at all.
Needs to be reviewed, not an electrical supply store.
