Our service wasn’t fully completed, and was performed by an untrained staff member who said we were lying when we said what was advertised was not completed. Receptionist rudely told us there was nothing she could do and called us condescending. The manager relayed through the receptionist that she didn’t want to speak to us, but would offer us a $50 store credit even though we’re from out of town. Hands down the worst service industry/spa experience. Save your money and stay away!

From the moment I booked online they were pleasant and helpful. The afternoon was for me, my son and my daughter. We all had a great experience.
Professional and courteous staff who always provide a wonderful experience.
$125.00 pedicure and feet looked horrible! Went back to complain and was told it would take several appointments?! Won’t ever go back! Now going for another pedicure for half the price. Very disappointing experience
