The poor massage is not really my problem. The problem was with the desk person, who refused to even acknowledge that I was unhappy with the service. Why ask if a customer is happy with the service, if you only respond with rudeness and excuses. I scheduled a Deep Tissue session with a therapist that I have used before. Best massages anywhere! I've also gotten pedicures and manicures and they were great.
The nail girl on Mon- is great! Love how she did my nails! I so found my new nail girl.thks:)
She holds back muffins for special customers.breakfeast is they're all stuck up. Very pricey.
First class full service spa!!! Massage therapists are very skilled and knowledgeable. I would give it an A+++++
