My daughter and I came here during our girls weekend in Chicago. The owner was extremely kind, informative and accommodating. We each had our first head spa treatment and I cannot say enough good things about it. The before and after results are immediately noticeable in a good way. Got my first scalp and hair treatment today, they really resolved my itchy scalp and buildup issue. This has been bothering me for a long time, and I’m so glad that I found this place. The essential oil brand they use is my favorite brand, very high quality product.

The experience was amazing leading up to the appointment the communication with making the appointment and arriving was so easy. The experience was extremely relaxing everyone is so nice as soon as you walk in it smells soothing the room where they take you for your treatment is comfortable and quiet everyone who works there is so nice and gentle and overall a real spa experience nothing was rushed my mother and I left feeling so relaxed and can’t wait to come back to experience O spa again!
