I recently visited the pathology department of Oshea medical for a blood test and stool drop off. I was advised that stool need to be collected in 3 containers and not one. This is what was handed by the reception under doctor direction. Indian nurse insisted that this is the case and when I declined for another test she was kept on telling me to take the test. This medical centre is terrible. Their wait time is at least 30-40mins and they ignore patient’s complaints. They say Dr’s are busy and make people to think that Patients time is not valued as Dr’s. I’m done with this place and moving to other medical centre.
Two stars because my regular GP’s there but apart from that not really worth any stars. Whenever an appointment is needed there’s none available until a week or so later -like what’s the point? Some of the reception staff are so rude. No empathy or respect whatsoever for the patient over a call. They usually have no patience about the concern and there’s no follow up questions like is there anything else they can help with, just hangs up. You guys really need to tall to your pathology girl. She takes like 45min to 1 hr on one patient. I waited for 3 hrs to get a blood test done. This is ridiculous.
