I called there as a new client looking for a place to do my hair. They booked me within 3 days from my call with Megan. She was extremely professional and kind during the whole appointment. I came out looking fabulous but the roots were not exactly what I had in mind. She mentioned that if I had questions or dislikes I could call back and I did. She gave me an appointment again quickly. Terrible experience TWICE!!!! I came to O Salon for the first time less than two months ago to colour my grey roots for the very first time. My natural hair is a chocolate brown. The hair dresser/colourist Gladys really messed it up and gave me ugly light reddish roots that didn’t match my natural hair colour at all. She tried toning it - didn’t make a difference. Bonjour, Je souhaite partager mon expérience récente dans votre salon. Je précise que j’utilise présentement le téléphone de ma copine.J’étais venue avec des cheveux très longs, et nous avions convenu de les couper, mais de manière modérée. Quel beau salon, une belle expérience et service top notch. Mon chum a tellement de belles coupes de Mathilde. Un des meilleurs salons de Montréal, highly recommend!
