All water in house was draining to basement utility sink (main pipe clog). Job was completed within a couple hours of making the initial call. Excellent work, friendly and informative phone rep and plumber. Highly recommend!
First off their service techs are great, always nice and knowledgeable, which is the only reason this isnt a 1 star. However whoever runs their front desk, sounds like a younger woman is terrible. After a month of calling for an update on a part, having them dismiss and say we will call you back multiple times with no callback. My father discovered this company about 15 years ago and he has been using them whenever he had an emergency. Today he had one and gave them a call and they came right over and fixed it. My parents are in their 80s and they workers are very respectful to their customers and very reasonable with their price and they provided extremely good quality work for my parents today I personally appreciate their professionalism
Vinny from O.S. Dunigan just replaced a bathroom valve for me. I guess this is routine work, but the plumbing in the condo building in which I live requires everyone's water be turned off, which meant Vinny had to jump through hoops with management to access the basement. With patience and humor, he took care of everything. I would not have faulted Vinny if he chose to reschedule, as this water turnoff nonsense put him behind schedule.
