I would have liked it greater variety of products to choose from, and when performing installations, it seems they were figuring it out which was something I could do I was expecting expertise.
Friendly and helpful workers. Very clean.
Ordered spark plugs at 4:56PM. Expected pickup time 1 hour. I wait 2 hours and call. They tell me it’s not in stock and to check back tomorrow. I ask for an alternative, then when I get there they hand me the original ignition coils while goofing around and laughing. Actions were unprofessional and immature.
Terrible clerk who said tat they made an error on their listed price. Refused to look it up. Didn't buy it, but went to Auto Zone and got it for less than the O'Reilly's original package price.
Excellent place! Always have the parts I need in stock. Fair prices
