I'd give them zero stars if possible. My dog who is/was way more than just my dog, he was a son to me passed away almost 6 months ago. I've been putting off writing this review because I knew how hard it would be for me, but I feel that this needs to be done. We had planned on having to put him down because we no longer wanted him to suffer, so I called O.R. Woodyard and spoke to someone letting them know the situation and told them I would call with payment information and to make the arrangements. Well, he didn't make it. He passed away hours later. I was too distraught to speak to anyone so my boyfriend called O.R. Woodyard to let them know he had passed. He spoke to a very rude man who told him it was after hours and they would not help us and they didn't care. They also very disrespectfully told him to put his body down in the basement when my boyfriend asked what we should do with his body because they said they would not help us until Monday. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never use their services and I would tell anyone who asks how rude they were during one of the hardest moments in my life. If you don't want to help that's one thing, but at least be respectful in someone's time of need.
