Firstly, reception staff AMAZING, friendly. But the doctor was TERRIBLE. We sat in his room for atleast 30-45mins while he Googled symptoms in silence. I could have used Google at home myself. He called for a 2nd opinion and the other doctor had to instruct him how to fill out scripts. He didnt relay my concerns to the other doctor correctly either. After chatting with a local pharmacist the scripts wouldn't have helped the medical condition anyway.
After 3 years of trying for a baby, I ended up going to a gyno, waited a year for surgery, diagnosed with endometrosis, referred to IVF. As part of the process my partner was asked to do a sperm count to check everything was good on his end. With all this information, a doctor at this practise refused to give him a referal on the basis that women lie and I was probably taking contraception. Sorry? A few months ago called as soon as they opened for an emergency appointment. Their next available emergency appointment was two weeks away. Called up to book an emergency appointment for my partner on Monday, next available appointment was Thursday. He has gone in and they tell him the doctor isn’t in and the next appointment open is the following Tuesday. The worst surgery out, they ring wanting to see patients ASAP for results but they leave you sitting for an hr or 2 then get annoyed because you have to leave for other appointments elsewhere, one of the front desk staff is extremely rude. The drs dont listen when we are pleading for help with a family member,
Just moved to the area and was needing a new GP. i booked an appointment with this centre regrettably. I went to the appointment and as l sitting with the Dr and providing him my medical reports, he then informed me he was unable to approve my medications without consulting with the medical director, he rang her and asked for approval to refill my prescriptions, without having knowledge of my medical conditions, or bothering to come see or speak to me she proceeded to inform the Dr not to refill my scripts.
