Three years ago, a male gp, who still practises there, diagnosed my husband with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (a life expectancy of 2-5 years). Turned out he was incorrect and that it was scarring from a fall. Turned our lives upside down.
I have been going here for the last 3 years but will be changing practices due to the dr I see being extremely rude and unhelpful and not listening to my concerns. I have held off on saying something for a while but there comes a time when certain behaviour is unacceptable. Drs are supposed to care for their patients. When I was in the other day , I was almost prescribed the wrong medication and was given a medical certificate with the wrong dates !! Extremely rude practice manager that has an issue towards me and doctors not recomended Will be taking this further legally.. This practice is Not recommended The practice manager was sacked from previous doctor surgery and takes it out on patients Threats towards patients are not professional..and will not be tolerated.. Not happy at all with our treatment at O Plus health yesterday. Was told when we made the appointment over the phone it would be bulk billed and then told 2 more times while in clinic it would be bulk billed. Once we left the clinic one of the staff came running out to the car and said they were not going to bulk bill us and we had to go back and pay.
