Love getting pedicures from Noel at OP Nails! She doesn’t get in a rush and spends focused time on just me. Her sweet, soft voice is so calming. The whole experience is relaxing and enjoyable and she does a great job polishing.
Rude customer service. She asked if I wanted shorter, when I answered yes she said “SERIOUSLY”, like she was having to pay me. Then they didn’t have the color I picked out, why have a sample if you don’t order it anymore? They didn’t even fully cover my actual nail. It looks horrible and like I’ve had it done for weeks and it’s only been three days. Be prepared to have to glue them back on yourself on the third day forward. It’s been a nightmare and overpriced one at that.
