Had a great experience at O&M Traders! Oliver is a kind, thoughtful and patient professional, all of which I highly valued (as I was a bit anxious buying my first car in Australia on my own). He answered all of my questions very patiently and quickly, was flexible in terms of a pre-purchase inspection, made effort to fix some things on the car afterwards, and gave me a great deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
Very dissatisfied in the service from this car yard. What from the outside seemed reputable - was merely just another dodgy business, selling dodgy cars and getting away with it. Not this time buddy. My sister purchased a car that at surface seemed good, needed a few things for the RWC but seemed decent. After owning it for a week we found some issues and some major concerns. Oliver is a skilled, friendly and knowledgeable business man. He is very helpful and take care of his customers. I would recommend his business to friends and family, very good range of cars.
18 months ago we purchased a car for our son that just got his license. The whole experience was very pleasant and the car has been faultless. My daughter just got her license and we just purchased another car off him. Oliver was a great person to deal with and he made sure we were driving away in a safe and reliable car for our young children. We found this business to be very reputable and a genuine car dealer. Oliver was very helpful and bought the car to my dad's home so he could test drive it as he had no way of making to the yard. Oliver was very easy to deal with and my dad felt very comfortable with the negotiations and he is very happy with his car purchase. Highly recommend visiting this car yard if you are looking for a used car. Thanks for being of assistance.
