Bad customer service
This place is a total mess. I came in for a simple service and ended up sitting around for hours because nothing is organized. No one communicates, no one explains anything, and nobody seems to care about your time. The front desk, especially the younger guy, acts like you’re bothering him just by asking a question. No eye contact, no response — just blank stares. It’s like they’re trained to ignore customers.
