Rude. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I told worker/Mngt. when I pulled up that their service was subpar last time I was there... and for the price of Gold Package could you take the time and take care of the concerns i had...he turned his back to me and walked away... I ask was there a problem and he told me to leave... I swear by this business. On a strip of road with six car washes, this is the only one I will ever use or recommend. It’s affordable, the quality of work is superb and I love to support a local and family owned business. It’s hard to find a car wash that does everything for you, from the vacuuming to the drying, for a reasonable price and this place does exactly that. Great service and always friendly. Fast!
Rude, they don’t clean pretty good, when I told them the lady was so mean and the guy rude. He told me take the car to some where else because I am not a frequent client. What if I was looking for a new place to clean? My money doesn’t worth like the other people’s money? Why they don’t do a good job since they receive the cars, so nobody will complain.
As the name suggests. It’s only ok. It’s fine if you want a quick rinse and vacuum. I wouldn’t get anything more than the basic wash if I were to go back again.
