Need to update your webpage, as it is providing false and outdated information. Was referred by my doctor, with a prescription, for lymphedema wraps, and they told me this place takes my insurance. Your webpage also states you are a participating provider of my insurance. Call this morning only to find out you do not take my insurance, citing some line of bs that the contract ended. Never get supplies on time
Great Service.They have been taking care of me for over 15 years.They really know their business and are always willing to go the extra mile to make me happy.Its not easy dealing with people who have disabilities.Many times one manufacturers size is different from another. This alone causes issues.OJ Medtech has quality merchandise and has never cheated me.
Excellent service! They call my doctor to renew my script, call me to remind me to place my order and receive shipments right away! Highly recommended.
Worst place I ever dealt with they order me the wrong brace then tell me it correct then when I go back to tell them it's wrong they can't even order me the right one I have to go to a diffrent provider and they were rude to me for there stupidity smh
