O Fine is undeniably a hidden gem within the greater Laguna region and I have yet to find better sushi within OC than what is served at O Fine. I've been to Nobu, Sushi Roku, Yuzu, Oto, Seabutter, etc... and I truly believe they all pale in comparison to O Fine. The quality of the food is unmatched in freshness, tastiness, and preparation. Food O Fine's selection of sushi is abundant with delicious gems that do not disappoint. We ordered the Yuzu Bloom and fell head over heels for this drink. The floral liquer mixed with the Yuzu sake was both refreshing and a perfect start to our meal. We started with the Baked Lobster Roll which came with a beautiful presentation of the lobster tail they used to create the rolls on the side.
