Jake is prompt, polite and did an excellent job installing a new opener. Highly recommend Jake and O'Fallon Overhead Doors.
One of the cables on the garage door came loose causing the garage door to stop functioning properly, so we called O'fallon Overhead Doors and they were able to send someone out the same day! Jake, the tech who came out, was extremely professional, walked us through the entire entire process, got the door fixed within 10 minutes and even lubricated all the various components without us even asking him to do it. We will definitely be calling them again!
Jake from O'Fallon Overhead Doors did some routine maintenace on our Garage Door this morning. He arrived on-time and was able to take care of our door in a short amount of time. Much quieter operation now. First class service. Highly recommend!
