Everyone is very nice and Dr. Oh was incredibly thorough and explained everything very well!
One of my friends recommended this place, and so I booked a try. They carefully take a look, going back and forth for a solution. And a legitimate solution that actually works (at least for me, I found it effective). So I think I can be making the same recommendation to this place.
I was able to book an appointment quickly, and both the front desk staff and the doctor were exceptionally kind and attentive. The doctor took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciate their professionalism and care. Thank you so much!
I decided not to go through with my doctor's visit due to insurance issues. I provided my insurance information when I made the appointment, as requested, so they could verify it beforehand. They were supposed to call me if any issues, but I never heard back. I wish they had informed me before I arrived—had I known, I wouldn't have come.
