Shout out to OD Electric Co. After 24 hours our electric has been restored. Knowledgeable, efficient and very tidy. Thank you so very much! Yesterday about 2:30 pm the wind whipped up and blew our blue spruce over onto Cody's Escape. It hit the electric line on the way down, ripping the power line from the base and the base off the side of the house. A visit from Mayhem, I feel we should be on a commercial. I hate to write this kind of review but maybe it will help someone else. Made an appointment to get a Ring doorbell installed. Had 2 electricians from OD show up, one was the main guy, one appeared to be a student learner (essentially stood and watched the whole time). I got a bill for over $500 FOR A DOORBELL INSTALL (I supplied all parts) , none of it itemized. I called and find out they charged for 2 electricians when a doorbell install only needs 1 person. Requested service on a basic wall receptacle, received no call back to confirm the appointment, technician arrived at our door at 8 Am and says I am here! No mention of what the trip charge will be or confirmation of the appointment! Technician was at the house for 10 minutes and charged 120 dollars!
Best in the business.
Not reliable, ended up coming late due to slow driving .. had to call back a few times as well . hope this helps !!
