Very well organized doctors and team. They are very accurate in their appointments, I always see the doctor on time, I dont need to kill my whole day to see the doctor for 10 minutes like other Clinics. Thank you Dr. Samer
I’ve had a frustrating experience with this clinic. They do not offer scheduled appointments—instead, patients are grouped together and asked to wait, which often leads to long and unpredictable wait times. This system feels disorganized and not very respectful of patients’ time. Additionally, there is no option for online booking, which makes the process less convenient compared to many other clinics. I hope the clinic considers improving their scheduling system to provide a more efficient and professional experience.
Went to see the doctor. After waiting couple minutes in the room, the doctor came and telling me “I don’t have time today, so tell me your only one problem. If he didn’t have time to listen, why would the reception send the patients to him?
Dr. Samer has rushed me out of all my appointments and dismissed my concerns. The office is poorly managed and appointments are never started on time - usually a 30 minute wait minimum. The receptionist is even worse. Overall very rude and unpleasant. The phone lines are busy all day and the voicemail is full so trying to get an appointment is nearly impossible. Currently have been trying to connect for a week.
