Je pense ne pas avoir eu de chance, le coloriste semble ne pas avoir pris le temps d’analyser mes cheveux et ma demande… et malgré plusieurs mains qui ont gentiment essayer de rattraper ma couleur, je me sens plus laide en sortant qu’en entrant et allégée de 200$… je suis juste triste et vraiment déçue..

The customer service was good. They reimbursed me the whole amount. The haircut was horrible. After having the haircut, I cry every time I look at myself in the mirror until now after weeks. Ive been taking biotin in a hope that my hair can grow faster and feel insecure. I have to tie my hair up every time I go to work. And now waiting for the appointment of my hair extensions.
