I never post negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This was my first visit because my usual esthetician isn’t doing well, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I booked a nail polish change, and every other time I’ve had this service, it included filing, shaping, and polish application. However, the technician here barely filed my nails (despite two being broken), insisted that she this wasn’t included, and simply applied polish—then charged me $31 for it.
