Waited an hour and a half for my massage, when I finally got a massage it wasn’t firm enough so when I asked them to go a little deeper, they said my time was up. Asked to pay for an extra 15 minutes because my back was still hurting and they said they couldn’t. They were too busy then I went to use a gift certificate and apparently it expires after one year and they would not honor it. Needless to say after 2 1/2 hours of my time, I had a sub par 30 minute massage and really bad customer service. Waste of time
We decided to stop in to give this a try and we would literally NEVER do it again in a million years. I have an incredibly high pain tolerance and I had asked the gentleman to lighten up the pressure literally 10 times in the 45 minutes we had booked. Every time I winced he kept digging in. I literally was almost in tears. He wouldn't lighten up the pressure in the slightest. Would highly recommend coming in for a massage. Body or foot massage well worth it ask for deep pressure.
Best massage of my LIFE!! only charged 35$ for 30 mins I tipped 10$ bc I have no idea what’s appropriate. My back was hurting so bad when I went in & I feel amazing now they worked out all my knots I have fibromyalgia and fasten neuropathy in my spine. This place did wonders for my health! Going back today to get my feet done I can’t wait. They are worth every penny!!
