I'm dissatisfied with this new Dr O, I miss Dr Tiwary she was the best, now I saw Michelle today Dr O assistant and she was amazing n caring SOOO I may just keep her if I can. I am looking for another Dr who takes my insurance because Dr O is never their and that's not good. I haven't been seen in over a year because they keep changing his schedule because he's out of town. Geesh what r we supposed to do because we're here but he's Not
Multiple appointments cancelled by the office. Nobody returned any of my MyChart messages. Overall, very poor experience and I will be finding a new GI.
It took a month to get on the schedule so we called four days prior to confirm. If we had not called we would have never known our appointment was canceled! Tried to rescheduled but they said it wouldn't be until April and they expect us to find another doctor!
I'm happy with the care I received from this office. Most of my family goes here.
