Horrible experience! Horrible communication and service! Constant turnover of staff who doesn't know what was previously a priority. Will never ever go to again!

Other than not being open on Sunday when I needed them, they were extremely responsive when I called on Monday morning. I had a dead battery, and jumping wasn't going to resolve the problem. About three weeks ago, OC Welch added a mobile service for their Lincoln customers. Must admit, when I called and said I had a dead battery, they asked what day I would like to come in. Good for a chuckle when you only have one car and it's dead in your driveway. Then they told me about the mobile service, and that they would return my c... read more

I'm really excited about the new service department at Lincoln. I had been told that there were some new hires that were doing an exceptional job, and I got to experience that when my car went in for an oil change and a few other things. Denett was my main point of contact, and she was efficient, polite, friendly, made sure that I was kept informed and overall did a fantastic job.
