Amazing personal trainers great music and very professional
Was going to check out this gym and some guy came out of the gym and pushed in my mirrors saying I need to park better. Then a girl inside the gym came out and told me to get out of my car and fight her. I am pregnant, the car next to me was not parked in the lines so I tried my best to fit in the next spot. I was looking for a trainer to give me guidance during this pregnancy. I power lift and box, and I needed motivation through this pregnancy. I would never step foot in this gym. I love working out here both Erika and James have helped me out with my fitness journey and my messed up ankles. I love how they focus on you and your time when you there. I always feel welcomed and at home being there. One of the best personal gyms I have ever gone to I wont ever go to another gym. They really are the best
Best place ever! Both James and Erika are super cool and nice. They keep it real and are huge motivators! Highly recommend.
